April Wade, Neighbor

My name is April Wade, a hopeful future ESPN sideline reporter. I was born in Taylors, SC and grew up in Taylors and Greer.

I am a Communication Studies graduate of Clemson University. I focused in journalism and sports communication. I have previously worked for The Tiger at Clemson and News Channel 7 of Greenville as an intern. Currently I work for A&E Engineering in Greer as a receptionist, receiving, marketing and a do-all.

I am a news junky with a passion for community going-ons. I know curiosity killed the cat but it fuels this writer.

When I am not writing or blogging I am photographing my surroundings, hiking the blue ridge, assisting my youth group and riding my new bike.

I am really excitied to be a local voice for the Taylors Area Patch and can’t wait to learn more about my community through it all!
