A memorial service for Sara Ann "Sally" Nash, the sister of Jack (Brenda) McKay and Muriel McNeace (Tom), all of Taylors, will be held at 2 p.m. April 5 at Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church in Signal Mountain, Tenn. Nash, 77, of Signal Mountain, died on March 19, 2013 after an extended illness. She was born Oct. 6, 1935, in Gastonia, N.C., to the late Harris and Lucy McKay. She was married to the late Bill Nash and was a homemaker. She was a member of Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church. In addition to her brother and sister, Nash is survived by her two sons, Joe (Lucy) Nash of Orlando, Fla., and Tony (Jenny) Nash of Signal Mountain; and three granddaughters, Amy, Candice, and Emma Nash. Cleotis Othell Forrester, 82, of Greer, S.C., died March 29, 2013 at Greer Memorial Hospital. He was a member of the Baptist faith, a native of Greenville County, son of the late William Baylis and Vaudy S. Forrester, a lifetime member of the N.R.A. and was a retired employee of Homelite. Surviving are his wife, F. Jean H. Forrester; two sons, Michael and Henry Forrester; two daughters, Tammy F. Baker (Pete) and Anita F. Raymond Paul Miller, 77, of 23 Bernwood Drive, died March 23, 2013. Born in Bloomfield, NJ, he was a son of the late Paul Max and Marguerite V. Mueller Miller. Mr. Miller retired from the U.S. Air Force with the rank of Major after twenty years of service. During this time, he served as a fighter pilot. After retiring from the Air Force, he worked in corporate and airline flying. He was a member of Cornerstone Church, the American Legion and Military Officers' Association of America. Surviving are his wife of fifty-five years, Mary Lou Zilka Miller; a grandson, Max William Miller and his mother, Stacey Miller, of Houston, TX; and a sister, Leslie Jane Filmore of Beverly, MA. Claude F. Durham, 77, of Greer, husband of Carla Deen Cagle Durham, died Tuesday, March 19, 2013. Born in Greenville on October 18, 1935, Mr. Durham was a 1954 graduate of Parker High School. He held a Master Plumbers license for over 40 years. During that time he taught Plumbing license classes at Greenville Tech and was past President of Durham Mechanical Contractors, Inc. He recently retired from Condustrial Inc, as Quality Control and Safety Manager.
