I apologize for how the church and Christians have treated Gays and Lesbians. We should be moreRead More caring and helpful instead of judging and pointing fingers. Homosexuality is a sin like any other sin. The only problem I have with it is forcing it upon my family or in the eyes of my children. Marriage is God ordained and is only recognized in the eyes of God between a Man and a Woman. To try and ignore bible scripture or twist it to suit our sin (or any kind of sin) is wrong. Sin can be flaunted, gussied up and walked down the aisle in white never the less it's still sin and unrecognized as marriage as God intended.

I have to agree, Tim. What we read should not be censored. Many of these are what I consider to beRead More American classics. While some may dispute it, in my humble opinion, "To Kill A Mockingbird," was one of best books that was on the required reading list when I was in high school. It is still one of my favorite books today. And while some may see the material as offensive or even racist, I find the book to be full of good life lessons like courage and honor and tolerance and standing up for what you believe in.
