Chick-fil-A was founded in 1960 by S. Tuett Cathy and since has grown to be the second largest quick service chicken restaurant chain in the United States. Its signature chicken sandwich was invented in 1964; all fried products are cooked in one hundred percent refined peanut oil, which is transfat- and cholesterol-free. This restaurant offers a refillable gift card and sells merchandise including coffee cups, hats, books and outdoor gear.
