VIDEO: High Stakes In Friday's Eastside vs. Berea Game

When the No. 1 Eastside Eagles basketball team travel to Berea High School on Friday, they'll be playing for their first Peach Blossom Title in nearly 20 years.

The last time Eastside High School won a men's regional title in basketball, none of its current players were even alive.

The stakes will be high when the Eagles roll into Berea at 7:30 p.m. Friday. A win against the Bulldogs would gives Eastside, which has rolled to a 20-1 record, its first Peach Blossom Region championship since 1993.

Taylors-Wade Hampton Patch spoke with Coach Tom Chamness and his players as they prepare for the game.
