Four Greenville County schools were declared winners in the Reedy River Run Fit’s Cool School Challenge, held earlier this month. The $4,000 Fit’s Cool School Challenge awards $1,000 to an elementary and a middle school with the most registrants in the TD Bank Reedy River Run.

In addition, based on official student enrollment, the elementary and middle school with the highest percentage of registrants also each win $1,000.

Paris Elementary near Taylors received the award for having the highest number of registrants in the race, while Skyland and Woodland Elementary schools in Greer shared the honor of having the highest percentage of registrants in the race.

Tanglewood Middle received $1,000 for the middle school with the highest percentage of registrants, making this the seventh consecutive year that Tanglewood Middle has won the competition.
