A group of 10-12 men pushed the teen from his bicycle, punched and kicked him and then took his bicycle and his belongings, according to a police report.

Greenville police are investigating after an armed robbery at Falls Park Aug. 1.

The 19-year-old victim told police he was attacked and robbed while entering Falls Park in downtown Greenville by a group of men. The teen told police the men took his bike and other belongings around 10:40 p.m.

According to a police report, the victim was riding a bike on Furman College Way from Cleveland Park toward the stone bridge leading into Falls Park when he was confronted by 10-12 men.

The victim said he was pushed off his bicycle, punched in the eye and then kicked in the ribs by the men, according to the report.
