UPDATE: Greer Murder Suspect Denied Bond

Elvira Lynn Seay, who is charged in the death of her boyfriend, Juan Luis Tofoya-Gonzalez on April 29, had been awaiting extradition back to South Carolina from Louisiana.

Greenville deputies said that accused murder suspect Elvira Lynn Seay is no in custody of Greenville County Sheriff's Office.

Seay, who had been awaiting extradition to South Carolina, was denied bond on the murder charge. She was granted a $25,000 surety bond a possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime charge.

She is being held in Greenville County Detention Center.
