Altier Files To Run For Taylors Fire and Sewer Commission
Altier is a former firefighter in the district and says the district needs more transparency.
The Greenville News has reported that lifelong Taylors resident and former firefighter Bryan Altier is running for a seat on the Taylors Fire and Sewer District Commission.
When Taylors Patch spoke with Altier last week, he said he would run for the expiring seat currently held by commission Chairman Doug Wavle.
Altier told Patch, the commission's recent adoption of a new public information policy was the deciding factor for him, because the district needed transparency. Read our story on that policy.
