South Carolina....what a surprise....(not)....Now if everyone would join and support the NRA, we could all resolve disputes like this !

NO!..... This is not the behavior the NRA supports! This guy had no business posessing a firearm! End of argument!

So how did he get this gun?

He's a convicted felon. He probably stole it, or bought it from someone else who did. Where did he get his pot?

Looks like everyone should join and support the NAACP instead.

He was an ex felon (ex con). In my view the gun charge is without merit, except the assult charge may apply. If he wat to kill the guy he would have so the attempted murder charge if over changing as usual.

What does it matter where he got it? He had it and that's all she wrote!

All guns started out legal. They become 'illegal' when the 'legal' owner sells them (and there's no background check) or they are stolen (when the legal owners don't keep them safe).

It's illegal to shoot at people. So instead of spending so much time worrying about whether a gun is "legal" or "illegal" or black or brown or whatever, why not just enforce all the laws on the books that regulate illegal behavior. WOW, what a concept.
