Funeral services will be held on Thursday at Pleasant View Baptist Church at 2 p.m. with receiving of friends prior from 12:30 p.m. until 2 p.m.

Otancy Gosnell Moon, 95, wife of the late William Henry Moon, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2013 at her home.
Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late Edwin and Grace Stamey Gosnell and was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church.
Surviving are her 2 daughters, Hazel Poston and Wanda Davidson (James); 5 sisters, Sally Center, Earlene Mengel, Katherine Gosnell, Christine Barton and Sadie Mae Pike; 3 brothers, Grady, Willie and Curtis Gosnell; 6 grandchildren, Alan (Suzanne), Brian, David (Emily) and Chris Poston, Wess (Shasta) and Matthew Davidson and 9 great-grandchildren.
Along with her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son, Wallace Moon; 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Hospice of South Carolina.

Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery.
