Fund Will Support Child of Couple Killed in Bus Crash

A fundraising page has been established to help support Chase Phelps, the toddler son of Chad and Courtney Phelps, who was injured in the crash.

A fund has been set up to help support the young son of a couple killed in a bus crash Saturday in Indianapolis.

The bus, carrying a large group of teenagers and young adults from Colonial Hills Baptist Church in Indianapolis, was returning from a church retreat in Michigan when the crash occurred just miles from the church.

Chad Phelps and his wife, Courtney Phelps, a native of Simpsonville, died in the crash, along with a member of the church, Tonya Weindorf, all three were graduates of Bob Jones University.

The couple's son, Chase, who is almost two years old also was injured during the crash.
