Taylors Square Acquired for $4.3 Million

The shopping center was acquired by Time Equities Inc.

New York-based real estate investment group Time Equities Inc. has added Taylors Square to its list of properties.

CoStar Group, a commericial real estate information website, said the company purchased the site for $4.3 million, according to an article.

The strip shopping center houses Ruby Tuesdays, GNC and Blockbuster Video. Wal-Mart, which is one of the center's anchoring stores, was not included in the sale.
