Georgia Tech's Radakovich Reportedly New Clemson AD

The official announcement is expected to come later Monday afternoon.

Georgia Tech Athletic Director Dan Radakovich will be named Monday afternoon as the new athletic director at Clemson, according to a high-ranking Clemson athletic department source, WSPA reported.

The Atlanta Journal Constitution also reported Phillips was a contender for the job. The paper reported Monday that two messages have been left for Radakovich, but had not been returned. AJC also said Tech's spokesperson had declined to comment.

Radakovich has served as AD at Georgia Tech since February 2006. According to Tech's website, he has been instrumental in construction of new athletic buildings and in improvements made to existing facilities and in changing the annual giving program for athletics.
